This letter is to convey my thorough satisfaction with the wonderful work that the Air Essentials crew did recently in cleaning the heating/air conditioning system in my home. The system and ducts were contaminated with mold and construction dust from new drywall and plywood.Air Essential's extensive knowledge of contamination eradication and professionalism in performing a superb job made me a most satisfied customer. They provided me with a most thorough and detailed analysis of the problems in my house and they produced excellent results.They were very understanding about any concerns I had and satisfactorily answered my questions. Since I am not a technical person, nor much of a home repair person, they eased any fears l had regarding the process.

We don't always think about the conditions inside our heating/air conditioning ducts and just rely on changing or cleaning the filters. However, I can truly say there is nothing that has eased my mind so much as knowing that my family is breathing cleaner air now. And, the Ozone Air Pal Spectra UV light will continue to help by destroying contaminants before they are scattered throughout my home.

I cannot recommend Joe Knoch and his wonderful team high enough except to say that all homeowners should avail themselves of their superior services. We owe it to ourselves and our loved ones to provide the most wholesome atmosphere possible.

I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude for the recent dealing I had with the Air Essentials (AE) "Team."

I originally contracted AE to clean my residential HVAC ducting (2 systems). However, after a very thorough inspection, performed by Mr. Travis Vines, it was found that my original duct work was not only in extreme disrepair but was instaUed with very poor construction. Furthermore, the ducting had many holes, gaps and contained mold throughout. I chose to replace the two complete duct systems and AE also cleaned the HVAC units. The systems have never l'lUl better.

Contracting with AE is one of the best decisions we have made at our home. Everyone involved with the work at our house reflected seldom-seen integrity and workmanship. I would recommend AE to anyone that wants the utmost in quality service and workmanship at a reasonable cost.

Dear Mr. Knoch

I wanted to write to you and commend the work done Saturday by Will Brown. They were originally scheduled to come back to the apartment on Tuesday of last week but were held up on another job. They called two different times to keep me posted on their schedule and then to let me know they would need to re-schedule me. Will was willing to give up his Saturday morning to get me worked in. He arrived promptly and gave the job his full attention. He was thorough and very considerate and worked a full four hours to be sure the job was done right. He left the apartment very clean and was very enjoyable to be around while he was working. The cleaning has made a huge difference in the apartment and I will not hesitate to recommend your company.

It's been a little over a year since you came to my house and cleaned out the mold and mildew from the duct work in my newly purchased 25 year old home. Your work stands alone.My duct work is as clean today as it was the day after you guys completed your service at my home. Neither I nor my family has experienced any allergies or breathing difficulties.
